2. Booking and Payments

By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms:

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment is typically required 7 days before the tour date.
Prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund minus processing fees.
Cancellations made 3-7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and enjoyment, we cannot accept liability for:

Personal injury, illness, death, loss or damage to personal belongings.
Changes to itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Any services provided by third parties.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
