Welcome to The Alfa Adventure & Travel. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

2. Booking and Payments

By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment is typically required 7 days before the tour date.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and enjoyment, we cannot accept liability for:

  • Personal injury, illness, death, loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Changes to itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Any services provided by third parties.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
